Vegito VS Pneuma (Dragon Ball VS Xenoblade Chronicles)

Vegito, Goku and Vegeta's ultimate fusion, formed by the two Potara.

Pneuma, Pyra and Mythra's true self, come together as the Aegis.

There's always a answer to a question, a solution to the problem. Sometimes, there's just that one problem that can't be solved alone; maybe if you and someone else joined your efforts, nothing could stop your dynamics. That's certainly a cliche, but it's not really wrong. In the end, it's the power of teamwork and friendship that just gets it done, not the solitary efforts of one soul. Today, these two combatants take these concepts to a new level; literally fusing together from two souls, into one, stronger soul. Today, will the Potara wielding-fusion triumph in a blaze of glory, or will the Aegis shine bright enough to snuff out their own victory?

Before we Begin...

Just wanted to say, we're a big fan of those G1 Death Battle Fan Blogs, and we take some heavy inspiration from them. This is our first blog, so we might miss out on some stuff. We'll be using the main media, on-screen feats and scaling from the two installments; Dragon Ball Z/Super and Xenoblade Chronicles 2. We'll be taking in statements from other media, like the Daizenshuu for DB and practically anything else that attributes canon material for statements.

As for further scaling, we'll bring up higher end scaling to things like scaling to the other mainline Xenoblade games for Pneuma, and other DB material like Xenoverse for Vegito. We'll also be using some VSBattles wiki stuff only to reference their abilities and resistances. We also use some G1 blogs for some of the links and feats, so credits to them as well.

Overall, I hope this blog ends up being a success, and I hope you enjoy reading!

Warning: Major Spoilers!

Background

Vegito - The Ultimate Fusion

"Alright!"

  • Age: Like not even 2 hours old lol by technicality
  • AKA: Fusion of the Potara, Vegerot, Gogeta?, Yosha Man
  • Likes: Fighting, Rage baiting, unnecessarily long combos
  • Dislikes: Slime/Gooey stuff, yapping, crying
  • Beat Gogeta
  • YOSHA

The Earth's situation was not looking too good. The monstrous Majin Buu, a demon who's power threatened the universe as we know it. Reborn on Earth thanks to the evil wizard Babidi, Majin Buu grew stronger and destroyed everything in it's path. It absorbed and killed off all the inhabitants of Earth, and Earth's greatest defenders were tricked and absorbed into the being, adding more to Buu's power. Even Goku and Vegeta, the two strongest Saiyans, and the Earth's last hopes, were getting beat down to little options. Their only choice was to fuse - supposedly permanently - to try and combine their powers to stop Super Buu. And with little time left, they used the Potara earrings granted by the Supreme Kai, and merged into one being. And thus, Vegito was born.

An incredibly powerful being, being able to punch the air so hard, Buu was sliced by it, this fusion was downright unstoppable. He even had a attitude to prove it, casually flexing and trolling his oppenent's while trash talking in battle. Unlike a fellow dancing fusion, he tended to be more lax in his strategies and more witty, not being as straightforward. But the thing is, he did have the power to back it up, casually rampaging and flattening anybody in his path.

He came back later to fight a pretty much nihilistic dude, and beat his ass in both versions. However, he also got zero screen time for that too, because he defused in like 15 minutes. He then proceeded to make another appearance, fighting the Dark Saiyan. But that's probably not too story relevant, so don't pay attention to that, trust me.

This fusion is unparalleled. Not even the likes of a immortal being are capable of matching it, and together as One, Goku and Vegeta are stronger than before and ready to take any opponent down. If you're an oppenent, you're cooked if you hear the "YOSHA" of Vegito, so just give up.

Pneuma - The True Aegis

"Worry not. All is well. I am lost... no longer."
  • Age: At least 500 as of Torna
  • AKA: Pyra, Mythra, Pythra
  • Likes: Rex, Poppi, backflips (As Pyra)
  • Dislikes: Malos, "violations" of her personal space (As Mythra)
  • In Smash...
  • ...not really tho

On a singular plane of reality laid the world of Alrest, a planet very much our own Earth, changed by an accident due to a scientist's tampering of a immensely powerful artifact, causing the one world to be split into two parallel ones instead. Now that the world as we know it was wiped away, new beings, known as Titans, came to on a sea of clouds. The scientist was also split into two, one half going to one universe and shaping it, and another, the Architect choosing to remain above the world of Alrest for the rest of his time.

After the Titans surfaced, humans began to live on their backs, being the only piece of land to live on. Many made a living off scavenging through the Cloud Sea, but there was also another phenomena occuring on Alrest: the concept of Blades, who, when linked to a human known as their "Driver", were able to bestow mystical powers upon their drivers through a link. Of course, there had to be the most powerful Blades. Introducing the Aegises.

There were 3 Aegises. All of them are not what they seem. First, there was Logos (not really), Ontos (we'll call him... Alvis.), and Pneuma (who kind of was blonde, then a redhead, then actually Pneuma). All three of them stemmed from the Trinity Processor, which originally held their Cores. 500 years before the events of the main series, there was a massive war, in which Pneuma's Driver sealed her body 6(00) feet under with a submarine.

500 years later, a lone Cloud Sea scavenger, content with his life, had come across Pyra's (the redhead) body, while on a mission. He came into contact with her, and subsequently was one-shot and killed. However, Pyra, the redhead, met up with him in a memory of her old home, Elysium. Pyra brang back the scavenger in exchange for a promise - to take her to Elysium once more. And thus, scavenger Rex became the Aegis's new Driver.

After a long and quite complicated journey making new allies, they had a showdown with Malos, which caused Mythra (the blonde) to awaken. Oh, it happened again, and she awakened her true power and form. After her and her Driver reached Elysium, and met the Architect, her creator, they had one final showdown with Malos, and she sacrificed herself to prevent Elysium from falling on Alrest and destroying it. The end.

...Just kidding, Rex somehow brought both Pyra and Mythra back as seperate entities this time through the Aegis Core Crystal's remaining energy, and he had a threefoursome with all of them andcatgirl. Jolly good show!

Experience + Skill

Vegito

Vegito is formed from both Goku and Vegeta, who have insanely great hand to hand combat skill. Goku is extremely skilled on his own, being able to fight toe-to-toe with martial arts masters like Tien, Roshi, and Vegeta himself. He was so skilled that he currently receives training from literal gods (along with Vegeta, he's training with em too), who have millions of years of experience. He may be dumb, but his street smarts in battle are some of the greatest. He can copy techniques just by witnessing them once, as seen with the Kamehameha, and has fought a variety of oppenent's, from people with weapons while he doesn't have any, to time-skipping assassins with a thousand years of experience, even literal GODS (In his own body at that), and yet his adaptability was great enough to figure them out and counteract them in the middle of battle, under pressure. It's consistent, too, showing how Saiyans are built to grow stronger during battle. He once even learned and perfected Ultra Instinct, something not even Gods of Destructions could not hope to do.

Vegeta is no slouch either. Being raised as a Saiyan elite gave him plenty of martial arts training and combat capabilities. He's even got a wider skill set than Goku himself, so he can pull off a improvised combo in the middle of battle. He's also one to take hits too, and even become stronger thanks to it. No really, that's his entire gag; taking hits and becoming stronger. He even has a whole transformation dedicated to the ability. He's also fought many of the same oppenent's as Goku. He's even fought himself once, so he's certainly a master at fighting, too, being comparable to Goku as a Saiyan. He's even raised his a son who can also fight off bad guys, and taught him to go Super Saiyan as well, showing his great fighting knowledge.

Considering how Vegito is not only their powers combined, it's their powers added together and magnified, he should be capable of greater things, if not similar.

Pneuma

As a Aegis with 500 years of experience, it's definitely clear that Pneuma is no joke. Being a Blade (and wielding one) She's a master swordsman with enhanced combat capabilities. While most of the time, it's her Driver doing the fighting, she can do some cool stuff too. She's extremely acrobatic and flexible She's got some great variety of abilities, suited for wider ranges or precise impacts. Not to mention she has precognition, and can read her opponent's attacks.

As Pyra, she could manipulate fire and base it into her attacks, basically turning everything in front of her to cinders. So, screw everything in that direction type attacks. She's also really smart, an overlooked detail. As she's one of the 3 cores of a powerful supercomputer and is designed to collect data. In battle, she's also really creative, as she can use her flexibility to bounce of Malos's sword in battle, while clashing. Considering Rex too, they can also work together, with Rex doing the heavy work while Pyra supports him. And when it's time for a team move (Ex. Burning Sword, which is... big fiery sword slash, like it states) They work together! Power of teamwork, makes the dream work, am I right?

As Mythra, the same goes for her, except she now has the ability to control light-based attacks, and move at a much faster speed. She could be considered responsible for the more serious side of Pneuma (like Goku with Vegeta). She also gains a good amount of range, and can smite you with sky beams, so pretty convenient. She's also 99% tsundere and more mature than Pyra. So, yeah, when working together with her, keep that in mind, especially you, Rex. Oh boy he goes through some stuff when dealing with her. She's literally 500+ and really OP, so how the hell is she like this? At least her kicks are fire.

Pneuma, being a combination of the two (even personality wise so expect a bit of Mythra rants here and there), is balanced between those two fighting styles and has her significantly amplified as well, plus having some of her own gimmicks, like summoning a goddamn mech to laser you from space or something, Jesus. Also, first thing she does after being formed is give Rex a new outfit. Good taste.

Equipment

Vegito

Potara

The Potara earrings are special earrings given to Goku and Vegeta by the Supreme Kai, Shin. They're used to fuse into Vegito in the first place. Vegito only has these as cosmetics, pretty much, since they don't do anything else in battle.

   Power Pole

Part of Goku's arsenal. It's literally a pole he uses in combat sometimes, but it can extend itself to unfathomable lengths. Goku once extended it all the way to the moon.

Key Sword

While Vegito himself specifically never used this, Xeno Goku and Vegeta, as well as Xeno Gogeta, have used it before. Even VSBattles lists it in his equipment. So I reckon it could be used as a last resort.

Once forged by a god, this sword embodies the concept of light, being able to purge and purify any  darkness. The power of light it uses is similar to Positive Energy, and it counters the Dark Factor's Negative Energy. It possesses other cool bullshit, such as Power nullification, reality and spacetime warping, and literally law and conceptual manipulation thanks to Positive Energy. It also has portal generation, too, which is neat. It completely ignores time-related stuff thanks to Time Power as well.

Gun

...yes.

Pneuma

Core

Pneuma's core crystal, derived as one of the three from the Trinity Processor. Like the Potara, this is MOSTLY a cosmetic, but it can be used to supply life force to someone. (although it takes up a chunk of it's capacity at times)

Aegis Blade

This is Pneuma's signature weapon, a emerald-like sword. Her Aegis Blade, when activated, is surrounded by a immense amount of energy (oddly like that thing Trunks once used). This enables her to use special moves like Infinity Blade. Pyra's own Aegis sword was fire-based, and Mythra's is more light based. Pneuma's is really broken, the energy surrounding her sword able to fight against Malos and pretty much always strike your oppenent's weakness (no, really). So yeah, good farming tool. Sick as hell too.

Artifice Siren

Row row fight the powah- oops sorry wrong mech

This waifu has a giant robot, kids. If you're under leveled random NPC, don't fight her.

Seriously though, this is no joke. Remember her cool ass sword? Well this is better and cooler. It can shoot orbital lasers from outer space, but Pneuma can pull a Shinji and get in the robot to beat foes herself. It's got two floating swords and can fly (no shit) and overall, it's really OP, as it probably just makes her base power even stronger ngl. She even used it to beat Aion (said Artifice Aion oofed herself too somehow, proving that this robot one taps) at the end of the game.

Rex

So... after her death in the game, Pyra and Mythra (along with Nia) uses him as equipment.

Abilities

Strap in, this is gonna take a while.

Vegito

Trickery

Bro please!!!!!

Vegito is a master taunter and ragebaiter. Like, he deals a immense amount of emotional damage, it just might be worse than the physical damage. It even works in fights, such as when he provokes Buu enough so he could take advantage of him, or when he tricked Fusion Zamasu into believing he was weakened, before impaling him with a Spirit Sword.

Ki Manipulation

Ki manipulation has a lot of uses. It can be used to fire blasts of energy (as seen above), control it around your body and organs to defend yourself from blows, or even fly. Ki is essentially the life force of all beings, and it's what allows techniques and skills like beam attacks to be used.

Kamehameha

Goku's signature technique. After charging up a orb of concentrated ki into your hands, release the energy in a precise, blue beam of destructive energy. This move has like 50 different variations lol don't ask me why there's a feet kamehameha

Kaioken

"Instant steroids!" - Boomstick

The Kaioken is a technique that one can use to multiply their overall current power level, even while transformed, by a certain number. However, this move has a huge toll on the body is not used wisely, practically leaving you paralyzed after overuse.

Final Flash

One of Vegeta's signature techniques. Charge up a incredibly destructive wave by entering a T-pose state, before bringing your hands together and firing it out. This move, when first used against Cell, traveled millions of miles to who knows where.

Galick Gun

Another of Vegeta's signature moves. Similar to Goku's Kamehameha, charging up the attack in a funny pose before firing it out as a purple beam.

Big Bang Attack

Yet another of Vegeta's signature techniques. Charging up a massive blue orb in your hands before firingout at the target, creating a massive explosion that vaporizes anything (weak enough).

Banshee Blast/Split Finger Shot

Vegitop charges a energy orb on each of his fingers, before throwing it at his enemy. Each orb can hit individual targets.

Big Bang Flash

Essentially a beam version of the Big Bang Attack. Instead of firing a orb, Vegito blasts a destructive wave of energy instead.

Savage Strike

With Instant Transmission, Vegito teleports above his opponent, charging ki into his fist and squaring them right in the face, doing additional damage and punching them to the ground.

Solar Flare

By placing your hands in front of your face in a manner, Vegito can unleash a blinding surge of light that can blind just about anyone, unless they somehow dodge it with sunglasses.

Spirit Bomb (debatable)

The Spirit Bomb is a technique that gathers energy from the surrounding nature, that could evenrange from the entire universe. While it does take long, there are multiple ways to buy time as Goku has used in his fights aginst Frieza and Vegeta, where he at least gathered the energy. Generating it into a massive orb and launching it forward, those with at least some pure of heart can resist it and push and back, or he could just absorb the Spirit Bomb and justpick ass. Taught to him by King Kai.

While it's use for Vegito is debatable, considering how Vegeta isn't 100% pure, others that have been at least implied to not have a pure of heart, like Future Trunks, have ultized it. Hell, even CELL of all people can use it at times in the games,  and Vegito gets his powers through a similar inheritance like how Cell gains the Z Fighter's powers.

Also, considering how Vegito can use the Kaioken, a fellow King Kai technique, it's implied that he only needs the knowledge to use it, just that not being entirely pure makes it harder to use, but only slightly, considering Goku is there to balance it out.

Dragon Fist

This ability of Goku's allow's him to channel his willpower and energy into his fist, creating a dragon-like shape that does massive damage and can defeat foes previously hard to deal with. Also inspired the Trump pose.

Big Bang Kamehameha

By charging up a orb similar to the Big Bang Attack but firing it off as a Kamehameha, this result is achieved.

Spirit Sword

Vegitop generates a energy ki blade in his hands. Can be used for stabbing, slicing, just about anything a blade does. Can also impale someone if manifested while aiming at them. It's length can also grow to several times the length of Vegito's height himself.

Spirit Excalibur

Basically a beefed-up version of the Spirit Sword, more devastating in power.

Final Kamehameha

By charging a attack like a Final Flash, before releasing it as a Kamehameha, Vegito can achieve this result. This move is extremely powerful and can deal a lot of damage. Vegito's own signature move and trump card.

Instant Transmission

By homing in onto a ki signature, Vegito can use this technique to instantly teleport to their location, as long as he can detect their ki. Goku could use this to travel multiple light years to Vegeta's location on Beerus's world. It works by sending you through a dimension where there's no concept of time, before dropping you off.

Saiyan Physiology

Saiyans, being aliens, are far different from us humans. Saiyans live longer than us, at least in good conditon, being able to remain in peak condition until the last few years of their lives. Vegeta has said that they also can grow through battle. They get massively stronger after near-death experiences, and being built for fighting, are stronger, more physically in their senses (being able to see further, and having great smell.), and more aggressive normally in fighting capabilities, being prodigies at war. They also have the potential to eventually go Super Saiyan, although few Saiyans have done this. Maybe even a Super Saiyan God, although a ritual with 5 other (besides themselves) Super Saiyans is involved.

Kiai/Shockwave Generation

Vegitop can unleash a invisible surge of ki that can generate a strong shockwaves. Gogeta, the opposite fusion could even use it to deal pinpoint damage and blow foes like Omega Shenron away.

Ki Absorption and Nullification

With good timing, Vegito can nullify ki blasts (as shown above with Goku), and absorb them. However, the absorbing part only really applies to the energies he's harnessed, like the Spirit Bomb, so he can't just eat ki. He once absorbed his own ki blast to bring himself back to life, so pretty impressive.

Ki Deflection

"Phew I dodged that-" "YOSHA!!!"

As long as you're pretty much more powerful, or somewhat equal, then when a oppenent fires a Ki attack, you can just knock it right back at em (as shown above). Or if it's a ki wave, just menacingly stand there because you can't really shove that away.

Barrier

Vegito can coat himself in a energy barrier, giving him some extra defense, and allowing him to nullify Buu's energy absorption and the fumes inside Buu's body (long story). Once deactivated, to fumes forcibly caused the fusion to defuse, but Buu's gas is really the only thing that does this without overpowering the fusion.

Ki Sensing

Vegito can sense the ki of his oppenent's, being able to find their location and determine their power. He can even sense God ki, as a Super Saiyan God himself, and God ki cannot be detected by mortals.

Supernatural Willpower

Goku once drank the Water of the Gods, which is a poison that you need immense stamina, will, and spirit to live. He and other Saiyans, most notably sun disk victim Bardock, can keep fighting on the brink of death against impossible odds.

Analytical Prediction

Goku is such a master at martial arts, he literally can predict the oppenent's next move by simple gestures. Hit, who's time skip is unbeatable, is a assassin who has lived a thousand years, has never had his tricks figured out. However, Goku predicted his movements (as shown) just by looking at his minor hand movements. Reminder that this is is not normal teleportation, but skipping time itself and moving. And he STILL got it pretty fast.

Telekinesis/Telepathy

Goku, while dead (yes). Can telepathically communication with Gohan from the afterlife, like with the Father-Son Kamehameha. He can also read Krillin's mind by touching him, and lifted a pyramid with his mind.

God Bind

By using Ki, Goku and trap and paralyze oppents by using that ki to bind them in place, such as where he used it against Broly, who did eventually copy the move somehow and get out.

 Hakai

This one's tricky.

On surface level, it erases your matter, energy (even energy-based attacks), body and soul from existence itself. No going to the afterlife. In the manga it turns you into probably dust while in the anime you become pure energy or something idk.

In Heroes, though... this is where things become wonky. It can erase all of history, (including Ziku World, a digital space made up of WiFi of all things - you'll see why that's important in a sec.) and according to VSBattles, a composited version of Hakai can erase:
Yes. It's so broken it can erase people who already resist a extreme degree of erasure. And even then some few people in Dragon Ball like Goku and Frieza have resisted said energy.

Goku, and even Vegeta also uses this too, so it's applicable.

Combat Adaptability

As mentioned in the image, a Saiyan's body along with Goku's martial arts and combat mastery can allow him to adapt frequently to attacks after they are used on him. The same trick rarely works on him twice, since he can develop a counter to the ability pretty quickly.

Positive Energy Hax

Basically, Positive Energy (as I mentioned above with the Key Sword) is essentially a opposite to Negative Energy, two concepts in Dragon Ball. We see a big example of these two forces in play when GT Gogeta nullifies the Negative Karma Ball created by Omega Shenron with his positive energy, kicking it into the atmosphere. Apparently it also is a lot of OP stuff, because scaling to Negative Energy and Dark Ki (due to it being able to counteract those two similar concepts.), because it can also grant:

Conceptual Manipulation

Positive Energy on it's own is a concept, similar to Negative Energy. Vegito and similar characters can completely nullify Dark Ki, which is also a concept thanks to it's similarity with Negative Energy, as both concepts are referred to as malicious. Considering he can nullify conceptual energy and wields some of it too, he has this ability.

Reality Warping

There are some examples of this even without Heroes. Goku managed to warp the Afterlife whilst going SSJ3 in Fusion Reborn, and multiple attacks in the T.O.P were able of changing the dimension. In DB Heroes, this becomes more OP, with powering up to Super Saiyan 4 causing Xeno Goku to say it could affect the multiverse and time itself.

Acausality (Type 4)

The world of Dragon Ball heroes refers to the cosmology as "history". History also includes not only the present, but the future and past as well as causality and fate. Each choice in one timeline creates multiple branching histories, but Gods are shown to operate on a entirely different set of logic and rules than mortals. Considering how Vegito can utilize God ki, he could do this too.

Causality/Fate Manipulation

Considering the statements I made above, beating the Androids in the canon timeline still didn't change Trunk's own, Gods are implied to be able to do other things mortals can't, and Beerus was confident his God status would cause the future to change, but Zamasu survived via the Time Ring.

Law Manipulation

Negative Energy is stated to distort the laws of Nature, aka Positive Energy, which embodies justice and the laws of nature itself - the ideal form of the natural world, and Vegito uses this power. Negative Energy is the same as what the Dragon Balls use, and they're items that can throw the natural balance into chaos.

Space-Time Manipulation

Omega Shenron could use Minus Energy, basically a lesser version of Negative Energy, to passively warp space and time. Positive Energy can likely do similar things. This feat caused by Omega could mix up the past and present, bringing back old foes.

Other Hax

Dimensional Rift Creation

By... screaming loud enough, one can make interdimensional portals. Buu and Gotenks used this to escape the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, which has a different flow of time than our own dimension. Piccolo explicitly describes it as "a tear in the dimension." and "a rift in space and time." within the span of 10 seconds.

Subspace Summon

(PLEASE TOSHI I NEED THIS!!!!)

Subspace Summon is a ability that brings a character by ripping a hole in spacetime, through use of cards. (lets go gambling!!!! aw dang it!!!!)

Dimensional Domain

Basically, DD is a Domain Expansion ability that allows all enemy fighters inside it to have their stamina reduced to one. It even works on those with resistance to Statistics Manipulation, since it treats stamina as a completely different thing than normal stats. Fu used it once on the ENTIRE Crack of Time, spanning a higher dimension.

It also works on Androids, who have infinite stamina.

Pneuma

I used some SSBU for Pyra and Mythra because me too lazy to find other gifs since I can't find them on yt. So expect some differing explanations.

Aegis Blade Physiology

Created by the Architect, Blades are beings made of ether; different beings from humans entirely, having come from a Core Crystal, and possessing supernatural abilites. As long as said crystal exists, they can live forever. Aegis Blades in particular can survive huge damage to their Core Crystals, shown when Malos could live without a chunk of his own crystal.

Aegis Blades can summon their own personal Sirens, or giant kickass mechs, to fight alongside them. After "dying" (Core Crystal destruction) they fade but can remain as a disembodied voice, but again, they can't really do any fighting as a ghost.

Aegis Blades can manipulate other Blade's Core Crystals, and the contents within, being the strongest blades to ever exist. Hell, there was a whole war over them, remember?

After a Blade bonds with a human known as their Driver, they can fight alongside them using a Affinity Link to resonate with their Drivers. After a Driver dies, they return to their Core Crystal. After a Blade's Core Crystal is physically destroyed, they die. After returning to their Core Crystals enough times, they become one of the massive Titans roaming the Cloud Sea.

Starbust

Pneuma uses her blade directing it to fire a beam of energy forward at her opponents, dealing huge damage to enemies caught in the beam.

Radiant Flare

ryoiki tenkai... fukama mizushi

Similar to Photon Edge, Pneuma moves at the speed of light, unleashing a powerful attack, slicing everything to ribbons in a certain but large radius that easily dispatches foes unlucky enough.

Genesis Saber

Pneuma creates multiple swords of light around her, which are constructed from ether, before using it to decimate and pierce enemies with them.

Flame Nova

Pyra spins her blade in a circular arc around her, catching enemy's off guard before unleashing a shockwave that knocks them back. In Smash Bros, the spin was more prioritized, instead of the final blast like in Xenoblade.

Prominence Revolt

Pyra leaps into the air, creating pillars of flame underneath all of her enemies, and damaging all of them. In Smash, she leaps higher and crashes down, slashing twice, without the pillars of flame.

Blazing End

Pyra swings her sword and stabs upwards into the air before throwing her blade like a boomerang in a circular motion. The first two actions are absent in Smash.

Ray Of Punishment

Mythra jumps into the air, damaging enemies before launching a energy shot down at them. In Smash, she leaps much higher, and in Xenoblade 2, the energy blast leaves a explosion area of effect.

Chroma Dust

Similar to Ray of Punishment, Mythra leaps into the air, but instead, she fire off smaller, more diverse projectiles that deal less damage individually but cover a lot of ground. No differences in XC2, except that she jumps shorter.

Photon Edge

Mythra moves at light-speeds, practically being invisible to the naked eye. She then slashes her opponent around 5 times, doing critical damage. The version in Smash is similar to the game.

Lightning Buster

Mythra builds up energy, before unleashing a flurry of slashes at the oppenent. In the original game, there were only two, major slashes instead of multiple as shown above.

Burning Sword

By channeling her power, Pyra can build up tremendous destructive flame energy in her blade, releasing it in a upwards swing and causing a pillar of fire to burst and incinerate the enemy. There's also this random jump for extra kenetic energy or something idk.

Sacred Arrow

By channeling her power, Mythra can send up a beam into the sky, calling down a rain of beams straight from Siren. It usually starts off with a barrage of beams, with one final powerful blast added as a finishing touch.

Infinity Blade

Pneuma uses Artifice Siren and uses it to channel energy into her blade, creating a massive amount of energy that dispatches enemies in one powerful swing, through help with Rex.

Conduit Powers/Hax

Space-Time Manipulation

Klaus, aka Zanza/Architect, decided to be a really funny guy one day and opened the Conduit. The resulting wave of power split the two universes into two parallel ones, and seperating Klaus himself into two halves.

Matter Manipulation/Creation

In her first appearance, Pneuma transmutated Rex's clothing. Jin has stated above that Pneuma has the power to manifest what she imagines. Mythra's Siren once turned rock into a glass-like structure.

Physics & Law Manipulation

As shown above, Pyra in her first against Jin, rewrote the physical laws of the surroundings to keep up with Jin's speed. Mythra evens states immediately afterwards that she can use it to freeze people in time.

Allat crazy stuff for a speed boost is crazy

Fate/Causality Manipulation

wtf even is this bro-

As shown above, Shulk, using the Monado III, managed to sever the threads of fate and destiny, allowing everyone to choose their own destiny in a set of infinite possibilites. Considering how he did this was related to the Conduit, which Pneuma draws power from, she could possibly do something similar.

Alvis also controls the Passage of Fate, a force that dictates how things happen in the world, but really, this is only Alvis mostly and other Monado users sometimes thanks to Alvis's help. (See One Last Thing(s))

BFR/Dimensional Travel

Since Pneuma can harness energy from the Conduit, she can send people to other dimensions, likely even herself, although we don't see this happening in-game.

Elemental Manipulation

All the given elements in the game.

Pneuma can manipulate every element in the game, including those such as:Fire, Ice, Earth
Light, Water, Wind, Electric, and Dark. Malos is stated to have all the data of every Blade and Titan in his Core Crystal, so Pneuma should scale.

Precognition

Foresight in SSBU.

Mythra has a ability known as "Foresight" which allows her to see into the future. No surprise, since Alvis can too. Used it in her first appearance when she relayed the future movements of Malos and Akhos to to Rex.

Weakness Targeting

Pneuma Driver effects have both ignoring the enemy's resistances while always landing a hit on their weaknesses at the same time, dealing extra damage. This could stack up on a critical hit, which is +25% damage (game mechanics go brr) for even deadlier hits.

Limited Resurrection

By donating some of her Core Crystal to Rex's dead self, Pyra could essentially bring him back from the dead, alive and kicking. Although it is limited considering that she can't donate her entire thing (fraud smh smh)

Telepathy

During that one scene before Pneuma awakens, both Pyra and Mythra communicate to Rex through his mind, telling him to stop, although he doesn't listen.

Blade Data

Considering how Pneuma is a Aegis, and thus has all the data of every Blade stored in her core crystals, she could likely possess every single ability that Blades have.

Some Blade abilities include:
  • Tornado Creation (via Dolmes)
  • Passive Luck Manipulation (via Kassandra)
  • Either Disruption (via Obrona)
  • Power Amplification (via Pandoria)

Information and Data Manipulation

Aegises have been shown on multiple occasions to manipulate Core Crystals which contain a Blade's data and information.

Attack Reflection

Pneuma's Driver effects also allow the Driver to reflect damage back at a oppenent that launched it by blocking.

Existence Erasure

Shulk could use the Monado/Alvis to erase Zanza from existence when making a new universe. As a result, the memory of Zanza even left from the people in the new world.

Dream Manipulation

While not entirely manipulation, people like Malos could enter Pyra's dreams, suggest Pneuma could do similar, as some form of telepathy, maybe?

Resistances

Vegito

Time Stop

Goku resisted Hit's time skip in the Tournament of Destroyers.

While Hit's ability was in fact specifically based off power difference, as explained by Whis, the same thing has happened with Chronoa, who failed to freeze Mira breaking through with brute force, showing a somewhat more consistent level considering her own time stop seemingly has no drawbacks like Hit's.

Disease Manipulation

Saiyans are stated by Jaco and the Kanzenshuu to survive the Extinction Bomb, which is stated to be a bomb that releases a planet-wide supervirus, and causes it's entire population to go extinct.

This, however did NOT save Future Goku from the Heart Virus!!!11!! smh smh. (stupid plot devices!!!! anti-feats grgrgr)

Hakai/Existence Erasure

Goku IN BASE and Frieza have both been shown to resist Hakai, or the Power of Destruction.  Hakai threatens to erase beings, like Dr. Mashirito, who already resistant to narrative erasure and a information-based space-time.

Conceptual Manipulation

Xeno Vegito went up against Janemba, and resisted his ki attacks. Janemba's ki is literally stated to be built entirely on the concept of evil energy, which could be similar to other concepts like Dark Ki, and Negative Energy.

Matter Manipulation

Xeno Goku withstood Baby Vegeta's Revenge Death Ball, which scatters individual atoms. CC Vegeta also resisted Lagss's glassification ability.

Space-Time Manipulation

The same Revenge Death Ball interfered with Shin's Kai Kai and warped Goku into a different space. Can also tank Dark Ki which warps space and time. Resisted Heroes Janemba's sword attacks which cut space.

Empathic Manipulation

Trunks resisted Heart's Universal Release Device, the same device which could make everyone across a timeline act on desires they suppress. Goku also resists Ribranne's attacks, which infatuate the target.

Biological Manipulation + Possession

When Baby first tried possessing Trunks, he forced him out of his body with powering up, although Baby learned to bypass this later. Baby's possession works similar to a virus and turns the victim into a Tuffle.

Sealing

Cumber broke the seal on the Prison Planet through sheer ki strength alone. Vegito has faced off against Cumber, albeit with some difficulty.

Gravity Manipulation

Could withstand the Pretty Black Hole, which had enough gravity to nullify Instant Transmission. Could also resist Heart's gravity attacks whereas most people were immobilized.

Fire and Ice Manipulation (Heat/Cold)

Goku and Vegeta in Dragon Ball Super: Broly could fight in extremely hot environments. Goku could survive on Mt. Frappe, and the snow there can freeze fire ("That snow is so cold it can even freeze a fire" in Spanish) Goku has fought Eis and Nuova Shenron, who control ice and fire, respectively.

Electricity Manipulation

Goku could tank Zamasu's Lightning of Absolution, and survived the Pirate Robot's electric attacks underwater as a child.

Physics/Law Manipulation

In Heroes, Dark Ki was used to create the Demon Realm, which follows different laws of logic than our normal universe. It once created a parallel universe with distorted laws of reality as well.

Radiation

Perception Manipulation/Illusions

If Goku locks in hard enough, clearing his mind, he should not be fooled by those who can trick his perception.

Soul Manipulation

Statistics Reduction and Manipulation/Energy Absorption

Upon coming into contact Haze Shenron's Minus Energy mist/gas, he could resist it's poisonous, energy draining, and power reduction effects.

Raw Power? (Debatable)

So... there's this pretty common and consistent trope that in Dragon Ball, when someone pulls out some OP ability, someone just "nuh uhs" it by powering up, effectively canceling it out through sheer will and power. Some notable examples we've already mentioned include:
However, this is still reliant on the amount of energy one has, and whether you are strong enough in the first place, so it might fail at times. Likewise, it is still up to some debate as well, although it is shown consistently throughout the series.

Pneuma

Blood Manipulation

Blades do not possess natural blood, instead being made up of ether, using it as their primary energy source. Titans have ether running through them and they're basically Stage 3 Blades, so unless you manipulate either, no bloodbending them.

Disease Manipulation (trust)

Mythra stated Blades don't catch colds. Clearly, a sign of disease immunity.

Death Manipulation

Pneuma can resist the Doom status effect, which instantly kills the afflicted target.

Matter Manipulation and Deconstruction

Blades can swim in the Cloud Sea, which disassembles all matter it comes into contact with. Aegis Blades like Pneuma can withstand Siren beams, which turned rock into glass and can harm other Blades like Malos.

Absolute Zero

Biological Manipulation

Malos, a Aegis Blade, could survive and shrug off Nia altering the replication rate of his cells. Aegis Blades can also resonate with Core Crystals, which causes severe bleeding to those unable to handle their power.

Luck Manipulation

Pyra could stay around Kassandra, who passively causes those around her to become extremely unlucky, without suffering any ill effects.

Power Nullification

Pneuma can resist the Shackle Blade status effect, which temporarily seals a Blade's abilities. Alvis could still use his precognition despite the threads of fate being severed, which prevented Shulk from using his own precognition.

Existence Erasure

Pneuma's core can survive Annihilation Events, which basically antimatter and matter colliding to erase things from existence, effectively canceling out matter. Alpha, who is pretty much Alvis, can also survive these.

Mind Manipulation

The Aegis Blades comprise the three AI that control the Trinity Processor, making conventional mind control ineffective. Mythra could also resist Amalthus's ability to control Blades and Titans

Memory/Information Manipulation

Pnuema could briefly survive after removing her Core Crystal, which contains her soul, memories and data. Malos even drained Pyra/Mythra's data and memories to the point that they wouldn't be classified as an Aegis anymore, yet they were shown to be fine minutes later and even stated they have data of all the Blades even though Malos was supposed to have absorbed it...seriously how tf?
The Ouroboros, which derive their power from Pneuma, can also resist Consul J's ability to steal memories and fashion them into mud puppets with their own minds (gross).

Reality Warping

Life Manipulation

Becoming an Ouroboros frees a person from the control of Flame Clocks, which harvests life force and kills those associated with it if it runs empty. It also protects them from Consul Y's powers, who created the Flame Clocks.

Soul Manipulation

N is both stated and shown that he can survive a Homecoming, which is noted by N to extinguish a person's "flame" or their literal soul. Alpha should upscale from Malos, who scales to N because he's unironically N's sword.

Sealing

The Monado III undid the seal on the Xenoblade 1 universe. Pneuma should be able to do the same due to possessing the Conduit.

Time Stop

Pneuma can exist in the world of Aionos, and many others like the Xenoblade 2 cast can too, Aionos is a world of stopped time.

Death Manipulation

Pneuma can resist the Doom status, which is basically instant-kill to anyone inflicted by it. A little broken don't you think?

Damage Transferal

Pneuma has the Spike Defense ability, allowing her to resist damage redirected back at her Minecraft Thorns style.

Forms

Vegito

Why wouldn't we mention this for a Dragon Ball character????

Super Saiyan

Vegito's first transformation, the Legendary Super Saiyan. When in this form, he officially goes by "Super Vegito" and his hair turns golden and his eyes green. Multiplies his power by a whopping 50x multiplier, basically 49000% increase from 100%.

Super Saiyan 4

By unleashing a Saiyan's true potential by absorbing enough Blutz Waves (moon radiation) and becoming a Golden Great Ape, a Saiyan can achieve this form. It unleashes your full power, turning you into a monkey-like appearance, and granting one's tail back. It even could turn Goku back into adult forme even though he was in a child body at the time, but upon detransforming, he went back to a child.

There's also... dear god... Super Full Power Saiyan 4 Limit Breaker, which is a fair stronger version of the form.

Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (Super Saiyan Blue)

Achieved after receiving Super Saiyan God, this form is basically a "Super Saiyan" to a Super Saiyan God, being 50x stronger again. This form allows Vegito to go by "Vegito Blue" and gives him blue hair (duh), and he has fought Zamasu in this form. It can significantly drain one's power, but both Goku and Vegeta mastered it, so it isn't really a problem now.

Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken

By adding the Kaioken power up to Super Saiyan Blue, one can increase their power further. Goku has gone up to 20x multiplier with Kaioken stacked on this form. It gains a red aura as well, and is extremely deadly. However, it's a double edged sword, and it's use on the body could be dangerous if not careful, but Goku has still fought even after using this form.

Candy

This form was achieved when Buuhan used his Candy Beam on Vegito, effectively rearranging his molecules, warping his size, and changing his cells. He was still perfectly fine in this form, and proceeded to beat the shit out of Buu. Shows to prove he's a "jawbreaker" and that transmutation isn't a really effective combat strategy against him.

Other Forms

Vegito should inherit these forms from his fusees.
  • Super Saiyan 2
  • Super Saiyan 3
  • Super Saiyan God
  • Super Saiyan 3rd Grade (buff SSJ)

While it's possible he could go Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, it's still debatable, but likewise, Vegito has the potential to achieve these forms, just has never used them. Plus, the strain on his body could be severe.

Pneuma

Pneuma has shown to be able to access these forms at will, too.

Whoever designed most of these must have really been a gooner (dont worry we all are)

Pyra

Pyra is the form we see at the beginning of the game. She was created as a alternate personality to Mythra. She's the kinder and more tender of the two, and wields fire based attacks. She was sealed below the Cloud Sea for 500 years until she became Rex's driver. Her donation of a bit of her Aegis crystal even brang him back to life.

Mythra

Mythra is the form Pyra eventually changes back into in the middle of the game. Despite Pyra being the fire-based one, Mythra has the more firey personality, is more serious, and a huge tsundere. She uses light based attacks, and has much better combat than Pyra (not saying Pyra's bad though). She takes fights in a more fierce and unrelenting regard.

Artifice Siren

Pneuma's good ol' mech. Basically a Gundam that can fire beams that deconstruct the target, said beam was also powerful enough to power Pneuma's Infinity Blade to defeat Malos. She can yes, pilot this thing too.

Fellow Aegises + Rex

  • Pyra and Rex survived the crash landing to Gormott after being separated from Azurda
  • Mythra absolutely dominated Malos and Akhos when they were having difficulty with fighting them before
  • Rex reacted to a incredibly casual Malos's attack before meeting Pyra (what did GRAMPS TEACH HIM)
  • Alvis is on par with the Passage of Fate (4D) (See One Last Thing(s) for Alvis Scaling)
  • Alvis is also the source of ether, which composes up universes (Universal+, possibly Multiversal)

  • Malos threatened to overload the Torna Titan with ether, destroying it
  • Malos's clash with Mythra sunk 3 great Titans, described as continents (Continental)
  • Malos destroyed a army from a great distance away with a mere wave of his sword (Town, Possibly Small City)

I tried finding feats guys Xenoblade has nothing but statements bruh

Weaknesses

Vegito

That fucking thumb pose I hate

A strong fighter has to have SOME weakness. Vegito does have some of his own.

For example, the Potara fusion has a time limits of 1 hour, and although his ki is insanely large, it's still limited, and using that up can cause Vegito's techniques to falter, or worse, defuse entirely, overexerting the Potara. The latter hasn't been too much of a problem in Heroes, but other factors like Buu's inside gas (gross, but only applicant to Buu since it's Buu) and him getting overwhelmed can forcefully overwhelm him and cause him defuse.

The claims that say Vegito is too cocky to finish his opponents off are wrong, though. He purposely provoked Buu to get absorbed to save the others. He can take fights seriously, as seen with Zamasu and Cumber.

And the thumb pose causes a instant lose... HOWEVER, he does use it and absolutely thrash Buu, though...

Pneuma

Charisma rank E, cant even reason with her own brother smh, no talk no jutsu

Pneuma has some of her own weaknesses, too. Pyra/Mythra also have trouble maintaining this form up, as stated by the game itself upon your first battle with her, although it can last a good while. If her Core Crystal is damaged, then she is weakened, but if it's destroyed, then she can fade and die.
Unlike other Blades, she could still exist as a disembodied voice, but that doesn't open up fighting as a option: you really can't do anything as a ghost here.

Also, if Rex dies, Game Over. Literally. We aren't using him for this fight specifically, however, so that's ruled out for now. Plus, her moves totally have quick time events, so if you mess that up then screw it bruh.

She also regrettably has part of Mythra's personality in her, so she's part tsundere too-

Cosmology

Vegito

Living World

The world we all live in. It's where galaxies, stars and the Earth is located. The Kazenshuu states there are innumerable galaxies in the universe, implying the universe could be infinite in size, if not multiple times our own universe.

Overall, 3D

Afterlife

See those yellow clouds? That, along with the other things inside the glass, is the Afterlife. Said realm translates as dimensionally transcendent, as translated by Herms on Twitter/X (kudos to him). That statement is also somewhat consistent, considering it watches over the mortal realm yet cannot be perceived from there.

Overall, 4D

Dimension of Strange Swirling Lights

A dimension reached during the fight between Gogeta and Broly, later destroyed by both.

This one is actually really relevant in the cosmology despite it's canon appearance of 1 minute. Let's see here... it has stated to be superdimensional, higher dimensional (translation), Gogeta and Broly also shatter dimensional walls to reach this place.

Screw all that, the production even say they were trying to simulate higher dimensions unimaginable by humans in the scene. It's also beyond the universe's boundaries, including the Afterlife.

Overall, 5D

Zeno's Palace

This plane of existence is located outside of everything else in the multiverse. This area could be superior to the Dimension of Swirling Lights do to existing outside of even that and the greater multiverse. It views all the universes as globes and even chess pieces, stated to be a different area than before. Whis, who can travel throughout universes, would still take a long time to get to this area.

Overall, 6D

Infinite Timelines/The Time Vault

It is repeatedly stated in Dragon Ball Xenoverse that history is infinite, thus having infinite Timelines that branch out at the slightest decision from another timeline. Time is essentially written into the Book of Beginning and End, holding the entirety of history within themselves.

The side quests also supposedly take place in a another set of infinite timelines separate from the vault, and there's also Tokipedia, created by Fu.

Overall, Infinite 6D, possibly 3x Infinite 6D

Crack of Time/Time Chasm

The Crack of Time is one of the highest dimensions in the overall Cosmology, being stated to exist outside of time. It's unreadeable by any deity, including Super Shenron. It's also stated to be beyond time and space, interconnected to all other dimensions. Considering this, it's clearly a higher dimension than any other dimension we've covered before. Also beyond the Subspace.

Overall, 7D

Beat's World

Beat's World is where Beat comes from. Viewing the entire Heroes cosmology from a arcade game, and thus viewing it as fiction. (Outerversal???? See One Last Thing)

Overall, 8D, Outer????? (See One Last Thing)

Overall

CC Vegito scales to at least 7D, possibly 8D. Outer?

Pneuma

Singular Universe

Shown above, the two universes of the Bionis/Mechonis and Alrest, after being split into two. This singular universe is supposedly impossible to interact with another universe, but as of XC3 and XCX, this has been proven otherwise.

Overall, 3D

Endless Universes/Nexus of Worlds

Overall, at least Infinite 3D, Possibly 4D

Passage of Fate/Memory Space

The passage of Fate is essentially a higher force that contains the laws of causality of the multiverse, dictating how this and that goes throughout the multiverse. Pretty much only controlled by Alvis. Considering it's properties as a all-encompassing force, and where Alvis resides in Memory Space, it's a higher dimensions than the normal set of universes.

Overall, at least 4D, possibly 5D

Conduit/Far Flung Dimension

Trinity Processor

Considering how the Architect is aware of higher dimensions like the Memory Space, but not this Far-Flung Dimension, it's safe to say this is a higher dimension.

Overall, at least 5D, possibly 6D (See One Last Thing)

Overall

Pneuma scales to at least 4D-5D, possibly 6D at best.

One Last Thing(s)...

Bootleg version of "Before The Verdict..." and we came up with a cooler name that totally ain't a Columbo reference (PLEASE COLUMBO I NEED THIS!!!! - Kira)

Vegito

R>F and Beat's World Scaling???

Alright, here we go again.

Here are some of the arguments against R>F in general (quote the frauds VSBattles themselves)

The realities are portrayed like parallel universes or otherwise as having just a finite difference in scale or having a similar nature.

- This isn't much of problem, as we covered above, it's a higher dimension at the least.

The characters from both realities are generally being portrayed as comparable in power

- This only really happens because Beat and Note follow the rules of the game world, and even though this is debated on, most of the evidence kinda leans to this.

The author character completely live in the fictional medium themselves. For example the author character might have a book that contains the world, but the author themselves are also a character in it and don't exist outside it any more than other characters of that world.

- They explicitly come from a different world, but do travel there. But they don't live there, exactly, as we've seen in the scans...

The fictional characters being able to attack the real ones without being shown to somehow have transcended their fictional world or having special abilities that allow it by being something rooted in a higher reality. Such instances often have to be analyzed on a case-by-case basis to judge how they are best rated.

- Now this is tricky. Enemies can attack Beat and Note and potentially kill them, but that's because they're not actually all-surpassing authors; the dimension itself where they come from is transcendent. And foes have been able to threaten to reach the world and overcome the dimensional boundaries, thus actually being able to wreck it there, which... actually lines up with that first statement... (somewhat Debatable)

...

...

...

wait this might be outer wtf?????

However, we will NOT be using this as a Outer feat for the blog. We'll still count it as 8D, though, since that's more acceptable. So we'll leave the "outerversal" things up to your own interpretation, dear reader. Me myself was expecting to debunk this, but it turns out even I was surprised upon seeing the evidence.

Essentially, does Beat's World view DBH as fiction? Yes.

Do they scale? We don't really know, so maaaaybe...?

Other Outerversal Arguments

sigh

As the above image states, most interpretations of Vegito being Outer are because of statements like

  • "The Afterlife lacks time!"
  • "Subspace also lacks the concepts of space-time!"
These arguments don't mean Outerversal, generally. This would put all of those structures at 0D, which is not Outer.

The Subspace, however, has the power of transcending time. Which is somewhat noteworthy, maybe idk.

The WoV is stated to be the same "lacking space and time", but Hit's Time skip still functioned there, and many attacks were capable of warping it, so that's controversial anyways.

Pneuma

Architect/Zanza + Alvis Scaling???

Alright, imma say it. Pneuma just might be the weakest Aegis (on her own, of course)

She defeated Malos, although with help from Rex and co. One could say "but malos used Aion!" but then again, Pneuma drew upon Siren for her and Rex's final attack. So by herself, Malos could be slightly higher, or it could go either way.

Ontos, or Alvis, is much stronger than both of them. It was created as a arbiter between the two, meaning that it has higher power above the two and can dispel conflict (he wasn't there in XC2 sadly).

There's also Alpha, who's basically a lesser, fragmented, version of Alvis running on Origin mostly instead of the Conduit, and is one of the beings referred to as a "god", the others being Zanza (possibly Meyneth) and the Architect. After being weakened, he required a punch to the face by a Pneuma-powered Ouroboros combined with N's sword.

Guess what N's sword has? According to some random Xenoblade art book, N's sword actually possess's Logos's Core Crystal. The party defeated Alpha after a long battle with him, and with Pneuma AND Malos's powers together, and Alpha still had time to make some comments about Matthew before dying.

My GOAT Ontos/Alvis/Alpha being the strongest.

So overall, Pneuma =< Malos << Alvis/Ontos

Not to mention there's that one statement of Malos killing the Architect, but he doesn't even make him flinch when he tries to kill him, something that shocks Malos. Zanza should be comparable, if not higher.

So Pneuma shouldn't scale to the Memory Space feats... right?

It's not even her highest argument. Let me talk about something else...

wtf is a Far-Flung Dimension?

Pneumas only complex multi Statement lol

According to the Architect, the Far-Flung Dimension is a dimension that the Conduit draws it's energy from, and some power "we can know nothing about." First off, that statement alone rings off some bells. But before that, the Trinity Processor was a tool to help control the Conduit, but when Klaus opened it,it failed to do anything, really. Considering I've already established that Alvis and both the Klaus variants scale above Pneuma, then there are multiple problems with this argument.
  1. The Trinity Processor, which draws part of the Conduit's energy each, which draws upon the higher dimension's energy in turn, could not stop the space-time event. It's plausible that Klaus could have disabled it (although nothing really says so, he just opened the Conduit)
  2. This was the all the 3 cores working together as one, too. This includes Ontos, which is stronger than Pneuma and Logos combined.
  3. Klaus himself states it's something he cannot put his finger on, which means that the overall power of the actual Far-Flung Dimension is much higher than Pneuma's, considering that he knows pretty a lot about the Aegis themselves as the being who accidentally c.
However, the Architect does state explicitly that you use the Conduit's power, so it does mean you utilize the said power (not saying she doesn't), but that it comes leaking out of a far-flung dimension, so it's not utilizing said full potential.

In short, Pneuma (and all the other Aegis) does draw power from a source which ALSO draws some power from a higher dimension. This means that even though she takes power from it,
Pneuma < Trinity Processor in full (all 3 of them combined) < Conduit < Far-Flung Dimension as of interpretation, technically.

With highballs, she could possibly scale fully 6D, but for now, this is highly debatable. Right now, we'll put her as 4D-5D via Memory Space, and possibly 6D via this scaling.

Verdict

It's time to finally end this debate. After a month of working on our first blog, it's finally begun to come to a close.

It's time we divide who would win into 6 different categories; Strength/Durability, Speed, Hax, Abilities/Resistances, Experience/Skill, and Overall Combat

Key: Vegito, Pneuma. (Those are the corresponding colors for each combatant)

Starting off with power...

Well then, first up, power.

In terms of higher end feats and their peaks, Pneuma was consistently universal. However, Vegito was multiple times stronger than that even without his own higher ends (See below). Up to dimensional scaling, Pneuma drew power from the Conduit, which in turn drew more power from the Far-Flung Dimension, which could go up to 6D, although Pneuma herself being 6D is somewhat controversial among many powerscalers.

Vegito, on the other hand, could scale all the way up to 8D, through scaling to Beat's homeworld and Demigra. This far surpassed what Pneuma's own capabilities could do. Safe to say Vegito was way out of her ballpark. Even without Beat's World, he could still remain at 7D.

Vegito takes strength. But what about speed?

Now, let's measure the last part of the stat trinity: speed.

Both have arguments for MFTL+ at some point. However, Vegito's MFTL+ scaling feats were still much higher. Pneuma's best MFTL+ feat was scaling far above the Ganglion Skells, which crossed 5 million light years in 28 years, which was 214,000x faster than light. However, Vegito scales far above Z base Goku and Pikkon's little trip to Hell in 1 minute, which clocks in at nearly 29 quintillion times faster than light, which is trillions of times faster.

Now for their higher end feats; Alpha traveling between portals to Aionos's stopped time, supposedly infinite, and things like Goku outspeeding Aeos's future sight. Not only is Alpha's feat somewhat debatable on his own page, stated as likely Infinite, due to him just having a possible resistance to time stop like Pneuma, but moving faster than the future itself is also quantifiable for Immeasurable speeds, a speed value even transcendant to that of Infinite. So it looks like Pneuma couldn't keep up either.

Vegito also takes speed. However, what about something that could change the game entirely. Moving on to Hax.

Hax, pronounced hacks, is pretty much a really overpowered ability, like actual hacks. Think of the distinction between hax and overall abilities as quality VS quantity. These things have the abilities to affect the fight quite significantly.

Pneuma actually takes this one. While Vegito has some actually broken abilities thanks to Hakai, Positive Energy, and Time Power, Pneuma had some (not ALL) of the same abilities and more. Fate, Casuality, Matter, Elemental, Information Manipulation and the list goes on for a bit more. While Hakai is actually something to bring up, having the potential to erase her, Pneuma had a larger Hax skillset. Vegito had some, but not as much.

Pneuma takes hax. However, the real question is, would it even work? Does Vegito have counters to her hax? Can Pneuma resist Hakai, moreso, who takes the quantity of abilities? The answer lies in...

Alright, moving on from quality to quantity. Who had the more greater, more versatile skill set in techniques, not just hax, and who can say "nuh UH" to the other's abilities? Let's compare.

Pneuma had some great combat abilities, Burning Sword, Sacred Arrow, Prominence Revolt, and Infinity Blade were all some important ones. It should be noteworthy that her bigger attacks take time to charge, however. She has a great arsenal, but compared to Vegito's combat abilities? This is basically a pistol compared to a SWAT team arsenal, it's not close.

Let's go over that. Kamehameha, Galick Gun, Big Bang Attack, Spirit Sword, Hakai, God Bind, Kaio-ken, Solar Flare, Final Flash, Savage Strike, Instant Transmission, and Dragon Fist are only some of the abilities Vegito has in his very large skillet. Not including his superior variety of forms, too. Super Saiyan and all it's variants, Super Saiyan God and Blue... yeah in terms of smaller assault techniques besides Hax, he's got it.

Now... what about resistances? That's the more important factor here. Could Vegito resist Pneuma's game-changing abilities, and could Pneuma resist things like Hakai?

Well, Vegito and Pneuma could resist many aspects (although not all) of those aspects. Firstly, Pneuma could survive things like soul erasure, but not implied narrative erasure, while Vegito could resist some things, but not things like Pneuma's Fate Manipulation. However, there was one final thing that could actually land the nail in the coffin - for Pneuma. Remember what I said about raw power in Vegito's resistances? Well, we weren't entirely wrong...

Dimensional Scaling to Resistances

As the subheading implies, we're referring to the question can higher dimensional characters resist lower dimensional hax, and the other way around? The answer is yes.

Think of it this way. You're in a building made of metal roofs, and you have a flamethrower that can destroy anyone on the same on the same floor as you. You have to kill a person on the floor above you, but you can't go up the stairs. How do you do it? You can't. The roof is made of hard steel, so you can't really just melt through it like that without exhausting your weapon, and even then it'll barely do anything. That's higher dimensional scaling.

A character like Pneuma has, let's say Fate hax up to a possibly 6D range, but Vegito has 8D scaling. Pneuma can't reach 8D because it's a higher dimensional tier infinitely much larger than another plane infinitely larger than her own, so her hax would affect a infinitesimal portion of Vegito's being, doing nothing because he's on another level - literally (check no. 3). In turn, his more complex nature allows for abilities on  more complex scale (check last paragraph of Power/Potency). Pneuma can resist 6D soul erasure, but 8D soul erasure is much more complex than she could ever dream of resisting.

Turns out raw power was the way to go. In the end, thanks to dimensional scaling, Vegito takes this.

But what about who was more knowledgeable in their own field?

This is also fairly simple. Vegito may have inherited two lifetimes of training in his will, but Pneuma and her counterparts have been fighting for... well, Aegis (see what I did there). Pneuma is at least 500, and although most of those 500 was her being sealed, she inherits the data of every Blades, who have definitely been around longer.

Both have fought and immensely wide variety of opponents, and although Vegito's adaptability was much superior, Pneuma's been fighting far longer and has beaten a lot of her opponents as well. Overall, Pneuma takes this category by a big shot.

Pneuma takes this, but what about their actual capability to fight?

This came down to one thing; Pneuma's sword-based combat VS Vegito's hand to hand, and who was better at it. In terms of combat strategy, however, Pneuma wasn't dumb, but when it came to fighting, Goku was actually a genius at it, so Vegito, inheriting some of that, takes that small factor.

Now, I know Vegito uses his own blade, but it's never really been his main style. Pneuma, on the other hand, consistently uses sword-based combat. She isn't called a Blade for no good reason.

Also, I understand sword > fists, but some enemies in Dragon Ball have been able to fight Trunk's similar style, so combined with his combat genius and adaptability, it shouldn't be a problem... hopefully.

When it came to what they did and how good they were at it, Pneuma could use sword fighting at a master level and fight toe-to-toe with other great swordsmen, but... just look at this. And THIS. Not to mention he did this while fighting Krillin as a kid, and should be comparable.  I'm just gonna say this, Goku has been jumped by multiple people and held his own consistently, ex. Pride Troopers in the manga.

He's also fought people much more experienced then him and actually won at times, and that happened with people like Hit and Jiren.

This doesn't mean Pneuma isn't a slouch, but Goku's been trained by Whis alongside Vegeta; every feat we've shown Goku doing was not only before all that, but we aren't taking account of Vegeta. Honestly, Vegito takes this 6-7/10 times. (say that again-)

Vegito takes the final, combat category, although it was close, admittedly.

Bonus: Stamina

We all both know they run on limited power, but Vegito has a time limit. It can be sped up to make him defuse faster if he  if he over-exerts power, but in Heroes, he could go SSB Kaioken and still fight long enough against Cumber, so it's just plot trust. besides, Goku hadn't master Blue at that moment, so it's likely due to that.

Assuming this, this might actully go either way in some cases, especially when you consider Vegito's Dimensional Domain reducing Pneuma's stamina to 1.

This is a draw.

Stat Factors

Here's a list of low, mid, and high ends for both of them that we'll use.

Low End

Vegito: at most 260,000x Universal, 4D (via 20x Kaioken SSB), MFTL+ Speeds to Infinite
Pneuma: At most 2-3x Universal, FTL+ Speeds, 3D-4D

Mid End

Vegito: Infinite 5D-6D, Immeasurable
Pneuma: Multiversal, 4D-5D, MFTL+

High End

Vegito: 7D, possibly 8D, Immeasurable
Pneuma: 5D, possibly 6D, Infinite

In all of those ends, Vegito pretty fairly outstats in the stats trinity. Pneuma still takes overall hax, and nothing can change that, really. Pneuma still couldn't keep up, however. (she literally has a lack of speed feats, bruh.)

Vegito takes the stats home, in the end.

Summary

Vegito

"I thought your body was supposed to be the ultimate symbol; a weapon of your righteous rage... but it can't even keep up with me, can't it?!"

Advantages

  • Stronger and more durable, and faster
  • Hakai could end the fight reasonably effectively
  • Better combat strategy and BIQ
  • More ability quantity
  • WAY better H2H combat
  • Far greater adaptability and growth
  • Better overall resistance via dimensionality
  • Better offensive
  • Could deflect and cancel out minor attacks
  • More cunning and actually smarter than he seems (though not smarter overall)
  • YOSHAAAA
  • In a fighting game as a DLC
  • WE SAIYANS HAVE NO LIMITS
  • Deadass long ass combos in every game he's in

Disadvantages

  • Time limit on fusion, could speed up the time limit as well
  • Limited ki resources
  • Less hax
  • Siren could also help Pneuma, making a 2v1 situation
  • Worse battlefield control overall
  • Cannot see the future unlike Pneuma
  • We saiyans have NO CHRONO CRYSTALS
  • Gogeta is more popular (Hot take I still like him more)

Pneuma

"Rex... I'm so glad I met you. Our time together was short... a fraction of my long, long years. But it's been warmer and brighter... than any time I can remember before. You shone a light on melancholy path. You showed me the way. Thank you for that, Rex."

Advantages

  • Better hax overall...
  • Siren could help her out as well
  • More experienced + battlefield control
  • More skilled with weapons
  • Could probably reflect attacks
  • Possible better range
  • Smarter
  • More stamina
  • Could grow stronger...
  • Way hotter (don't deny it you 100% know the three are each a smash-)
  • In a fighting game as a DLC
  • Nintendo > Bandai Namco overall
  • DOES A FLIP

Disadvantages

  • ...But Vegito's resistances + higher dimensionality could render most of those hax useless in the end
  • Even with the stamina gap, still had limited energy to a extent
  • Some of her moves require buildup longer than Vegito's
  • Possibly could get overwhelmed by Vegito's superior combat style and smarts
  • Much weaker
  • Slower
  • Worse combat in the air, admittedly
  • Less quantity of offensive abilites
  • Susceptible to things that could hinder her like God Bind and Solar Flare
  • ...but nowhere near as much as Vegito's growth
  • Died to a city level blast at best smh smh
  • Was not a official fighter only a spirit

    1. Hello, creator of the blog, Pegasus, speaking. (AltiverseArk was one of the people who voted, not the actual creator of the blog)

About some of your matchups, Gohan VS Ultraman Zero is already in another person's blog being made, so check that out.

Gogeta VS Omnimon was made by the G1 blogs already.

the only one we might consider doing are Sephiroth VS Geats and Metal Sonic VS Cell. Otherwise, I doubt anything else is happening, sadly.

      Thanks!
